Phoenix, Arizona-based attorney Gabriel Vadasz established Diamondback Legal in 2019. Over nearly three years as the lead attorney of the firm he took on a diversity of cases, including commercial product negotiations, matters of Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, and family-based immigration cases. He joined the Maria Jones Law Firm as a consultant in 2022. While serving in this position, Gabriel Vadasz helped clients become more efficient in areas of immigration and criminal law.

In 2022, Gabriel Vadasz also became a founding member of Vadasz Ventures in San Francisco. His responsibilities with the consulting, finance, and venture capital firm involve client engagement, financial strategy innovation, and the development of personalized business services. A few of his legal areas of focus include compliance, capital raising, negotiations, and corporate structuring.

Gabriel Vadasz received his law degree from the Arizona Summit Law School in Phoenix. He also holds a political science degree from Northern Arizona University. He has published legal papers in venues such as the International Journal of Law and Policy.
